01
Ask what has actually been approved
A provider proposal should identify the responsible issuing institution, the proposed network context, the intended recipients and geography, and any material acceptance or use restrictions. Marketing should not run ahead of those approvals.
Network availability and configuration depend on the selected providers and final program review.
02
Map responsibility beyond the logo
Clarify who owns cardholder terms, disclosures, identity or eligibility checks where applicable, card access, disputes, fraud operations, customer support, reporting, and incident escalation.
A familiar network name does not remove the need to document those roles.
03
Use names accurately
Visa and Mastercard are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Prepaid Card X uses the names descriptively and does not claim sponsorship, endorsement, approval, direct affiliation, or guaranteed availability.
