PCXProgram controls / integrity

Protect the program without publishing the playbook

Prepaid card promotions can attract duplicate participation, manipulated order states, account misuse, message interception, and support-based abuse. Controls should be layered, proportionate, and reviewable.

01

Model abuse across the journey

Consider campaign discovery, checkout, order modification, customer identity signals, eligibility evaluation, message delivery, card access, support contact, and reconciliation. Assign detection and response ownership for each stage.

02

Use progressive responses

Not every unusual signal proves abuse. Design outcomes such as monitor, delay, request review, restrict, decline, or escalate based on approved policy and available evidence. Preserve appeal or correction paths where appropriate.

03

Keep sensitive logic private

Customer terms should explain eligibility and prohibited conduct at a meaningful level, but internal thresholds, detection combinations, provider signals, and response sequencing should remain access-controlled.
