Reconcile states, not just totals
Compare counts and values by received, pending, approved, declined, changed, delivered, failed, cancelled, and completed states as applicable. Aging and unresolved differences often reveal operational risk before aggregate totals do.

Separate audiences for reporting
Finance needs controlled cost and variance views. Marketing needs campaign outcomes. Operations needs queue and service health. Governance needs exceptions and approvals. Build each view from the same evidence model with appropriate access.
